Tell me you didn’t read the article by telling me you didn’t read the article.

It’s not precise, because “recording” doesn’t specify whether it’s audio or visuals being recorded. You could say “shooting.” Or you could just say “filming” because everyone knows what it means.

That’s just it. People shouldn’t be parking at a fast food place in a city like Chicago. They should be walking to it.

Get rid of drive-thrus for cars, normalize ‘order ahead walk-up/pick-up windows’ instead for foot traffic.

His superpower is insane wealth.

I really hope everyone involved here has read “Packing for Mars” by Mary Roach. If not, do it now, it is fascinating! It really shows that the rocket-part of getting to Mars - and living there - is far and away the easy part. Living in confined spaces with compromised gravity, nutrition, hygiene, and other dumb-ass

She was in no immediate danger of death or serious injury. She didn’t even do the reasonable minimum to verify her suspicions nor did she attempt other means of escape. Shooting someone in the head on a hunch shouldn’t fly for self defense.

Hell, I still call them “flicks,” which might be even more archaic.

Didn’t they already make this movie with Pauly Shore?

Good job America.

Good. Everyone who suffers as a result of this anti-choice insanity should sue for millions. Show those fuckers the weaponized litigation can go both ways.

Charter schools don’t help solve that problem. Sure, you get some money to spend at a private school, but the charter school is allowed to charge more beyond what they get in grant money and they can expel kids — which means they can still find ways to keep out the poor kids and the disabled kids, but they’ve done it

Public schools absolutely need to be funded better. Charter schools are bleeding public schools dry.  It’s the worst of both worlds.

That ruling was such horseshit. These people literally pose as abortion clinics online. The LEAST they should have to do is admit they’re not qualified to offer medical advice.

It’s because of that whole “I want my leader to be just a regular guy like me” delusion that the right has always gone in for. They’re content for their governor to be an idiot they might run into at the local bar, whereas I want my governor to be 100X smarter than I am, because I know I’m not smart enough to govern

All right; you’ve got me with #3.

I wouldn’t mess with GB. I’ve heard he has friends in low places...

Disagree, it’s not even close. This is far more hilarious for several reasons.

Yes, Texas has a glorious history of ignorant governors such as George W “They misunderestimated me.” Bush, and Rick PerryTexans would rather endure blackouts in freezing weather than have the big bad gubment regulating their power grid.”

How tf aren’t these places not being charged with fraud?
