For sure wait. There are very likely new models coming very soon, and should be a fairly big revamp since it's been quite a while since they did one on the Pro line. If you can by all means wait.

The best way to do this is buy a decent quality microphone. Not a "talk to people on skype" mic, but a real audio mic like podcasters use. I think some of them are USB.
