I love that she wore something innovative and not mostly sheer (I hated her last two Met looks.) But, that peach-ish color looks awful with her hair and makeup.

She looks like a sexy egg sac and the whole thing is this amazing combo of alluring plus a little gross which is the best conceptual take on the theme.

How dare you speak ill of Hook, sir.

It’s the BEST. Her dress won for me (based on theme).

Why aren’t we talking about her, tho? On theme, bold and daring. Best dressed for sure!

I love both those movies. Empire Records was THE slumber party movie of eighth grade, and each of my friends had a different favorite guy. And my husband and I have matching Loveburger shirts. As far as I'm concerned,Can’t Hardly Wait is the perfect teen movie.

Looks a lot better from that angle.

... Mostly. The pool scene where Squints fakes drowning to make out with Wendy Peppercorn feels skeevy as fuck, and it makes me cringe that the “killer” putdown is “you play ball like a girl.”

My favorite lines in the movie.

The 90s movie that needs a sequel is Joe Vs The Volcano. I have to know what happened to the luggage! Also, it is an under-appreciated, and very weird and strangely dark and goofy, movie.

THE CUTTING EDGE! God, so good. That’s one of my all-time favorite me-and-mom it’s-on-tv-let’s-watch-it-! flicks! (“Always comes back the big B: what a bitch!”)

Her wetsuit is going to scare away all the fishes! She’s gonna have a really dull SCUBA dive.

No one is even trying to stick to the theme.

Just rewatched Anstatsia - good songs but the movie is boring as hell.

But The Sandlot still holds up, right?
