The apostrophe is a stand in for the dropped letters.

I believe you. But the story above suggests that the woman remained conscious, but otherwise incapacitated. At least that is how I interpreted it.

In my opinion, it would be unusual to happen as described, even with a second dose of morphine. But I could be completely wrong about this. In my opinion, another drug such as ketamine, would be more plausible.

Ah. I missed that, thank you.

Does Fox produce movies as well as television? I am not sure.

Morphine, and other opiods, are, in my opinion, overused in the ED. The reasons are complex, but I believe somewhat influenced by the campaign to label pain as the 5th vital sign, and an increasing pressure on hospital staff to please the patients to get a positive patient satisfaction score.

It is not a dumbass question. I suppose it is within the realm of possibility, but, in my opinion, unlikely. Administering such a drug has a very high risk of fatality, and it would seem that the risk would not be worthwhile.

That is a possibility, for sure.

I am an RN. I have a hard time believing morphine would incapacitate someone as described in this article. I will give the caveat that my experience is anecdotal and not evidence based, and that not everyone reacts the same way to all medication.

“A Blake Shelton’s”. Dear god, there's more than one?!

It’s the new bailey’s Irish Cream milkshake offered by McDonalds.

Oh my! What refreshingly lovely shade!

You just say “ok” to preserve the person’s dignity. After all, it really doesn’t matter how it ended up in there. The “how” of it does not change the treatment.

I don't think that's how leukemia works.

It's full of bees.

I wanted the remote control monster truck, but got a Barbie stuff instead.

God, I pray that is true!

Thank you for letting me know that is her son. However, it still seems strange to me for her to be licking his head. But, maybe it is an out of context goofy mom and son thing?

Is Madonna licking that child’s head?
