Iraq and Vietnam were not naval engagements. The US Navy easily outclasses any other navy in the world.

My question too. We don't need Brunei's cooperation or participation with a couple of patrol boats. They can stay home and enjoy the new sharia law.

Not only does it have a toilet, it has a full lavatory.

I grew up near Barksdale AFB so I became accustomed to seeing them fly pretty much every day. Occasionally I end up underneath a landing or takeoff pattern, and it is incredibly noisy and impressive. I even got the chance to fly the full size training simulator as a kid.

I love my Ruger .22. Easily the most accurate pistol I own. I've thought about getting an integral Volquartsen suppressor for it, but the stamp alone is more than I want to spend and I really have no use for it.

Possibly, but that just seems like a much more difficult target. We're talking a one inch diameter rod traveling several times faster than an RPG, that requires a direct hit. If you glance the RPG it's still likely to throw it off course. If you glance a KP round it's just going to enter the tank in a slightly

How would that work? If they use ball bearings, they would need to be incredibly dense to knock out a KP round. The charge to fire the canister would then need to be significantly increased too.

Such an RPG round would be useless against traditional armor, since it would detonate too late to be effective. Shaped charges rely on proper timing to be able to penetrate.

No it isn't the US playbook. The US playbook is to finance a military coup, not a grassroots civilian uprising.

So you think the Ukrainians intentionally shot down a civilian jet so they could blame it on the rebels?

Wow I haven't seen that pic yet. That definitely looks like shrapnel damage from a missile blast to me, but near the cockpit, not where I expected. If the blast did occur in front of the plane the missile would likely have been seen at least briefly by the pilots. Maybe the flight data recorders will reveal something

Looks to me like typical high visibility clothing worn by many emergency personnel. Can you read insignia or something? Plus I don't think every local office is going to immediately order new uniforms just because they are controlled by the "People's Republic of Donetsk" instead of Kiev.

At least the US never shot one down after visually confirming it was a civilian passenger aircraft.

And your link dates to 2012. Look at the 2013 numbers.

I grew up in Louisiana so the climate will just feel like home.

Jackson, MS to the Houston area. There are tons of biomed research jobs in and around Houston.

Actually Texas provides more federal revenue than it takes in federal spending. At least according to Wikipedia.

No joke. I'm about to make a career move to the Lone Star State myself.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't drones be essentially useless for Hamas against Israeli forces? Drones don't exactly excel in airspace that's almost completely controlled by the enemy. A few Patriot batteries could prevent these kinds of drones from getting more than 100 yards into Israeli airspace. The only way

I'm always surprised at how much rear leg room matters in big trucks. But you are often towing something on a trip with a few passengers, or trying to go to lunch from a worksite without everyone driving.
