So the Mona Lisa was painted by hundreds of men over thousands of years, shaped by the regressive politics of a dozen past eras and features the exploits of fiction's greatest sociopath? Or do you just mean it sells a depressingly large number of copies?

I hope you write a children's book about it. In the style of The Hungry Caterpillar, perhaps.
"…and Psyduck is kind of a hot mess."
If you’re still interested in following the adventures of a cop in the world of superheroes, though, pick up a random Marvel comic, as Bendis uses the exact same idiolect for the dialogue of everyone from Aunt May to Dr. Strange.
I don't know that I would call plea bargains unethical on their face, but certainly the way they are used is, with higher than 90% of both federal and state cases ending with pleas, and prosecutors punishing people who choose to invoke their rights to trial by adding charges and time, etc.
Just wait 'til you see what Chekov's Gun does next!
For some reason I initially read this as,

Don't remember what we were drinking, and the marine was Italian-American, but he was a Russian translator, so maybe you're onto something…

Apparently he told me that if I bit him he would punch me…
Regulatory capture for the win, son! Seriously, though, legislators who need campaign money from these monopolies, somehow don't see this as obvious. Its almost suspicious.
"You people, you're all terrible!"

Well, I sort of pulled five years out of my ass, but the particular sketch I liked was an animated bit with Heat-Miser.
If this reboot hopes to live up to the original, it will have to suck consistently for at least five years, before airing one funny sketch the same night I happen to be high in a bar with Mad TV on it's television. Good luck, I guess?
Just like the Kosher meal on an airline, the religious dietary restrictions mean more care goes into its preparation and they can't save money by using USDA Certified Grade Z beef.
I'm assuming it was the cops. They already mentioned they were investigating links to terror groups. Although they also said they were investigating any previous history of violence, which was BS, so who knows.
I agree in principle, but most New Yorkers also wouldn't be so turned on by getting the Stigmata starter kit Naz gave her, so…
