I’ve got one. Only had a photo from the rear and a 1 second video from the rear. It was from above (overpass), low quality, at dawn, and I drive a hatchback, you could not see that it was me from the picture. Ticket came from the company that owns the camera (mobile, operated by an officer). The options made it clear

Traffic Ticket = civil violation (usually) = “preponderance of the evidence” aka “more likely than not = “MONEY PLEAAASSEEEE”

Funny how they can’t prosecute the driver in your example but most cities don’t see the issue of giving out traffic tickets to the owner of a car without proof they were driving it.

Try and change DOT standards and see how the AMA reacts.

Why does it look dumb to wear a full face on a cruiser? It looks infinitely less dumb than wearing a half helmet or no helmet at all. When I rented an HD in Colorado I took my Shoei and my Alpinestars jacket along and cared less how it looked, like you I just cared how it performs.

Electricity is blue, duh

That Lexus is the worst suggestion I’ve seen so far on one of these articles. Its like asking my wife to bring home tacos for dinner and instead she brings me a live goat and a bowling ball.

You are why car shopping sucks so god damn much, trying to stick to doing business like its still the 70's. You don’t provide price quotes online because its easier to squeeze people for extra money if they come to your dealership.

Amazed only one truck came over on you. I’ve seen them nearly flatten people thinking they are traffic control.

I got stuck in this one too. It seemed to me that it was the truckers blocking the open lane or trying to run people off the road if they passed that caused the issue.

We basically have these in NW Ohio, but they are smaller and operated hand held by Police officers. Ticket revenue generation skyrocketed after the city bought a couple.

Completely agree with this. To me its not worth the risk paying someone to do a job that is fairly simple and that doesn’t take that much time to complete, plus it gives me the opportunity to look the car/bike over and see if there are any issues. But if people are going to pay someone to change their oil, be sure to

You’re not alone

I had one about 10 years ago, it was very practical. I used to put my mini dirt bike in mine and more than once carried 10 people in it. Mine was a 5 speed too so it was fairly fun to drive. I don’t miss it, but it worked at the time.

“Most corrosion resistant in class” yet continues to make the parts that corrode most often out of steel

I’ve found that HR wants to be your best friend while they find creative ways to cut pay and benefits and ignore employees during disputes with management. When I was in class for my MBA I couldn’t believe the things that would come out of the HR major/professionals mouths. It was like they were from a different

There are yield signs at every highway merge point in the metro area I live in and no one ever stops and holds up traffic at them, they merge safely with traffic as the designer of the interchange intended them to do.

I had this same opinion until I got an oil change on my wife’s car and got a tire puncture from their shop. After an argument and denial from the oil change shop I swore off paying someone to change my oil. I’ve heard stories of them forgetting to put caps back on, leaving tools/parts in engine bays, stripping drain

If we saw the whole video from this dude it would probably be similar.

Yea his story doesn’t add up. Shifting his weight may have come into play but it was only because he was riding like a jackass.
