GM 3800 - sounds like a vacuum cleaner running inside a shitty lawnmower
My dad “taught me how to drive manual”. What really happened was him giving me the basics and getting nervous and yelling at me when I did things wrong. A friend had a stick shift Mustang shortly before that and I drove it in a parking lot with his instructions but it didn’t really translate to alone time. The only…
That’s how it should be, shit happens, own it, and move on. I’ve been on the other end too, I hit someone from behind when I was on the way to high school, no damage, I apologetic about it, he let it go and we moved on.
Glad you had a good guy to deal with, its better that way
I couldn’t finish the video because that girl was insanely intolerable but still going to go with she is just a moron who’s never wrong on the road. Could be staged, but those people are everywhere. Good reminder that I need to buy a dash cam.
Same thing happened to me as you recently, was sitting at a light with my wife and young girls and got bumped from behind, honestly thought something happened with our transmission but looked back and seen a car right on top of us. I got out and probably overreacted a bit (but, again my whole family was with me) but…
Good Advice, I did this when buying a motorcycle out of state, if I recall the dealer actually advised doing it as we were having issues with my old school CU slowing up the process due to some issue I can’t presently recall that had to do with the title. Financed with the dealer and switched it over to my CU without…
Total purchase price of 9 cars & 9 motorcycles over 21 years is 148,700, of the ones I sold I got back about 32,300 and I’d estimate that the ones I still own are worth about 45k, so I’d call that about 70k in total costs or about 3,500 a year in purchase costs.
Accountant/Grom owner just checking in.
I used to do this and all I ever got was middle fingers. Yea sure they know they shouldn’t be doing it, but they could give a shit less.
Had to scroll way to far to see this. Just because its awesome doesn’t mean its not weird.
Stop giving up your right of way period. You may thing its nice to let someone turn left in front of you while you block traffic for them, but I bet the 20 people behind you don’t. I just shake my head when people won’t go on their right of way and I have to go in front of them, maybe some day they’ll figure out that…
I hate this too, it happened the other day in a store parking lot of other places. A woman was frantically waving me out, but she was so stupid she couldn’t figure out she was also completely blocking any path I had to go anywhere.
Too bad you’ll have to go to a Kia dealer to get one.
Same thing here - I waited and had to tip toe home yesterday on my summers, it was not fun. Switched to the snows right after that.
Calling the act of asking if a bike crash victim was wearing a helmet victim blaming and comparing it to asking what rape victims were wearing is the single stupidest fucking thing I’ve read on this website.
More people need to just tell dealers to fuck themselves when they try to backpedal on a deal, especially in the finance office. Like literally just get up an walk out, and when they follow you, tell them to shove the paperwork in the car and the car up their crooked ass. Its not like its a pricing error at the…
Yes. I went through on my scooter both ways last summer early in the morning, passed a Harley on the way down and didn’t see anyone going my way on the way back.
“I like your car, but I don’t have any money right now.”
