I feel that Nintendo's stuck with Yokoi's philosophy for the past several years.

How about the fact that Nintendo took in-game paid DLC, one of the least liked things in gaming, and actually made it interesting?

I think this is one of those rare times when the whole general Shin Megami Tensei fandom is happy.

And so, for a time being, all MegaTen fans, from mainline to Persona 4, are satisfied.

For every P3/P4 related announcement, a P3/P4 fans explodes with joy while general MegaTen and P1/P2 fans sharpen their knives.

I'm surprised that it took so long for Kotaku to hop on this like the masturbatory P3/P4 fansite this is.

RPG Maker games, even the good ones, tend to be short and easy. However, it's the content that makes it (ex OFF, Space Funeral). There are a few exceptions, though (Yume Nikki and fangames - especially Yume 2kki - if you don't have maps or anything).

*muffled Shut Up and Jam Gaiden plays in the distance*

That makes the Angry Video Game Nerd's quest much easier.

*insert horrible rape joke by PewDiePie*

Hey, what about Yume Nikki?

This seems like a combination of Yume Nikki and Undertale and some shades of OFF, so I'm stoked for it!

In their defense, we all thought Skylanders wouldn't work out at first.

At least there are no demons running in the streets.

*pats eVEN HARDER* THERE THERE, I SAY.

*pats the MOTHER fandom on the back* There there...

People complaining about the battle system are so fucking petty.

*crosses fingers for SMT x FE*

And so, Raidou Kuzunoha disappeared into the void, yet another SMT game overshadowed by Persona.
