And yet they can’t be bothered to go after REAL criminals in India, Nigeria, etc. scamming people out of billions every year?

Is DDoS not considered a civil case? What surprises me the most is the Romanian government putting this guy in silver platter (at least that’s the impression I’m getting from this).

Is it that much different from people who get into fights (or worse) over a sports game? Or cars? Or any other hobby or personal interest?
