I do crackling differently. If’s it a pork joint then I’ll cook the joint on a bed of veg with some water in the tray, then once the meat was cooked I take it out the oven, cut off the skin then score it, salt it and grill it seperately from the meat. My parents recently bought three chickens, and they haven been farting out eggs every day since. We love eating eggs in bread rolls for breakfast, and we have done so with relish.
