I’m playing a Wildfire (Clawbringer/Spore Warden) and a Deadshot (Spellshot/Graveborn), and the latter seems way more powerful. The issue I see is that when you get into higher Chaos Levels, the Wildfire (and the Clawbringer half in particular) seems a bit scattered: it uses two elements on the wyvern plus poison on

Chaos Mode is basically a rejigged Mayhem, isn’t it?

Yeah, I’m also playing a Spellshot on intense, and was also feeling very OP. So I started a new game as a Brr-Zerker and he feels way less powerful. Not powerless, but more balanced, for sure.

It gets way more stupid than that... The fact that they can roll back transactions when stuff like this happens means some actors still have centralized regulation powers. Only instead of a government with elected officials it’s a cryptobro, and instead of following written laws, they follow the whims of an ethically c

Issue is, they won’t be able to cash out your purchase until this gets resolved... But I do second the other replier’s opinion: it’s a pretty smart time killer, even if it gets stale a bit quickly. I only played so many hours of it, but I also think they priced it correctly, so I never felt ripped off, or anything.

What I really like about this story is that it’s not a dev making a superficial change to get some easy brownie points. The character was already actually diverse, they’re just making it clearer and modernising the language used. So kudos!

... I hate that I love this comment.

Yeah, they can’t win.

Wasn’t she blonde, though? I mean, hair color is easy to change, but it’s not even like there are other blondes in the playable roster, so why not make the reference more obvious?

Do keep in mind that Fahey is a barely disguised giant living among us, though.

The company will survive for sure, but its stocks have fallen something like 20% since this all blew up, which will very likely eat into executive bonuses. It’s not nearly enough to be fair, if you ask me, but the continued coverage and the outrage do have an effect on executives’ pockets.

I almost gave up on it around that mark, too, but ended up sticking with it and the game opened up enough for me to go all the way to the end. I feel it takes too long for the variety in guns, abilities and enemies to kick in enough to carry the game, so I’m guessing a lot of people abandoned it around the 10~15 hour

Oh, I’ve got zero issues with typing anything, nor do I think it makes me superior to anyone. I just use the asterisks because people have complained in the past when I didn’t use them. But if people are also going to fucking complain if I use the goddamn asterisks, then I’d beter let it all fucking roll out, I guess

For me, at least, it’s more about not wanting to give my money to f***s. Also, the money I’m not spending on this game will still be on my gaming budget and can find its way to some amazing indie devs, who could also use the money. Seriously guys, take a look at gems like Hades, or even Grim Dawn, if you want a

Blades in the Dark is Victorian/Edwardian era fantasy. If you mean specifically medieval fantasy, there’s also BITD’s sister game Band of Blades.

I’m assuming you didn’t get more people agreeing with you because it’s mostly fans reading the story... but yeah, I’ve stopped reading the manga years ago, when it became clear to me that this wasn’t even close to ending. I stopped right after Water 7, which is some 300 and something chapters in, I think.

I'm in the opposite camp, interestingly... I HOPE they change stuff around, because the original still exists. Sure, it's clunky and kinda ugly, but I don't really care, and I still love it.

I have hundreds of hours in BL2 and also finished BL3, but didn’t play it as much. My 2 cents? The writing took a HUGE hit, so if that’s why you liked BL2, give it a pass. If you’re in it for the gameplay, though, get it on discount and give it a shot: in many ways BL3 plays way better than 2.

Amen to that. Got Hades on PC and Switch, because Supergiant Games’ anti-crunch stance should be rewarded.

I’ve actually rebought a lot of games I pirated when I was younger and didn’t have money, with no intent to actually play them again.
