I’m reserving judgement. When RE4 came out, my knee-jerk reaction was that it didn’t look like a Resident Evil, too.

Sure, caveat emptor is a thing, but the real problem is that the amount of **** in Steam right now makes a lot of lesser known good stuff extremely hard to find. Heck, with Steam refunds, buying bad games is barely a problem, nevermind THE problem.
Hold your horses, LttP is only fourth on my list! After that I’d probably go MM, LbW, TP, MC, PH, ST. Never played the Capcom ones or Zelda 2, and I wouldn’t know where to put the first one, cause it’s so different.
As far as weirdness goes, I do Link’s Awakening replays, so there’s that. LA is my favorite Zelda, followed by Wind Waker, OoT and LttP (in that order).
I tried doing a full Renegade run too, but I just had to reload the first time I disappointed Garrus.
The first Mass Effect didn’t really age that well, but I’ve also played 2 and 3 multiple times through. And family is EXACTLY the right word for how I feel about those characters.
I think the newer one has way better lighting on the scene, but the shadows themselves actually look better on the older version.
Go home, Nathan, you’re not welcome here.
You may not be the best delayer out there, but you’re definitely one of the most prolific
I’m gonna play the devil’s advocate here and say that this may also mean that more old titles (that would otherwise be ignored) could get a patch. Still, the Wild West side of the whole thing is the likely downside.
I’d guess that the biggest expense was the house, which was probably solely hers, since they weren’t married at the time. It’s still a pretty big monetary commitment, but, if worse came to worst, I doubt she would’ve lost all of it.
Don’t forget Mark of The Ninja! Awesome stealth game
Just like heroes, I guess
That’s exactly what I was talking about! Just didn’t want to put Death Note spoilers on a Bleach discussion.
I stopped reading when Ichigo defeated Aizen, losing his powers. It felt like the perfect ending for the series: Ichigo borrows Rukia’s powers as part of the big baddie’s plot, uses them to stop said plot and gives them up in the process. So that’s where the series ended for me.
Just wanted to say that I love Kirk’s reviews. Amnesia’s Nope review is still one of the best things I’ve read on Kotaku.
What people said before me, but also remember that a lot of these costs are fixed, so sometimes companies can’t shrink profit margins further. they’re forced to increase prices, which hurt their competitiveness against now-cheaper US products, for example. That’s why Japan’s prime-minister Shinzo Abe has been trying…
Mind you, I’m not calling you names. I said people will *assume* someone that says “GG EZ” is a shithead, whether they are one or not. I’m not calling you personally a shithead or any other bad name, nor do I hate you. I mean, even if you were the absolute shitheadiest of all shitheads, I don’t know you and, frankly,…
No judgement, just straight talk: you don’t get to choose what offends other people. The condescending tone implied in “GG EZ” offends a lot of people, even if it doesn’t offend you. That’s empathy 101.
True. But still, the point I’m trying to make is that NMS’s galaxy is one giant multiplayer shared gamespace. If you want to compare gamespace sizes and you allow for all theoretical Minecraft seeds, it’s only fair to compare it to all theoretical NMS gamespaces. The game is functionally a single player game, anyway,…
