Are you not seeing all of the arguments that Bernie has a better chance of winning the general, or that Hillary isn’t really progressive so Dems won’t vote for her?

It’s the same phenomenon as the Tea Party. It’s the radical wing of the party that’s more interested in purity tests than in actually getting shit done. Just like the Tea Party thinks the GOP will actually overturn Obamacare in Congress overiding Obama’s veto, Bernie voters think he can actually get free secondary…
I agree. It’s very disappointing, and frankly, I am VERY concerned for the future of the Democratic Party if things continue on this way. While I like Bernie’s ideas for single-payer healthcare and free college, he has no feasible plans to implement them if elected. His healthcare plan alone is at least a trillion…
Hillary Clinton’s 3-page memo to the media really makes it sound like she’s not expecting to win the nomination, period =\ ... And the talk I’m hearing regarding Sanders ground game in South Carolina seem to support that conclusion =\ .
Maybe he understands that Bernie Sanders is not a credible candidate in a general election. Thankfully the early primaries are entirely worthless in terms of predicting the winners, because a Trump versus Sanders election would be farcical.
Oh dont worry. I dont admire you. Just your intention to help women who have been raped. But apparently unlike you i can feel empathy for all sorts of people.
It kind of smacks of the Republican whining because they couldn’t get their hands on Hillary’s senior thesis back in the day.
That’s demonstrably not true. The republicans have relentlessly smeared Hillary Clinton for 25 years. Which other presidential candidate were you thinking of that’s been the target of a similar campaign for a similar length of time?
Look
Cool, I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that we’re making these demands of the only serious female candidate and not making the same demands of any Republicans, or any other Democrats running for office anywhere. THAT is my point - not that this isn’t a good universal standard, but that it is ONLY the standard for her,…
She should release her private speeches if and only if everyone else releases every private speech they’ve ever given. I’m sure there’s shit in her private speeches that can be scrutinized and picked apart. Just like I’m sure there’s shit in everyone else’s private speeches that can be scrutinized and picked apart.
The fact that people are trying to apply stricter rules to Clinton than any of the other candidates is deeply disturbing though. Like she said, if all the other candidates release the transcripts for all the speeches they’ve delivered at private events, she will too. It shouldn’t be any other way.
At this point I’m thinking Hillary is pretty much bullet proof. She’s faced more scrutiny and unfair characterizations of her no male politician has ever faced. She holds up. She’s a tough broad and it’s hard not to root for her because of what she has faced. Hillary can play the game with the best of them.
Thank you. I don’t understand people who try and portray the Dem race as establishment and anti-establishment. Sanders has been a US Senator for decades. He is definitely part of the establishment.
Honestly, that was Obama’s entire problem - he seemed to believe that the reason there was such bitterness in Washington was because Democrats were being too mean to Republicans, and that if we just tried to work together, the Republicans would listen. As we all know now, that just wasn’t what happened.
I reallllly don’t understand the anti-establishment obsession this election. I get that people are fed up with our government’s inefficiencies, but experience is a good thing! Why the hell do people want to vote for someone who has no idea how the system works?
Her argument isn’t that she is not establishment, it’s that she can’t be emblematic of the establishment (and thus in Bernie’s anti-establishment views, a symbol of everything wrong with the establishment) when she’d also represent a historic first for it.
It makes as much sense as “I have been in the Senate for 20 years, I have the respect of my Senate peers, so much so that I headed two subcommittees. I an not a part of the establishment."
Being a sore loser and not conceding when he loses, shit talking the organizations when he doesn’t get their endorsements, stealing campaign data, whining about the establishment when he almost exclusively gets positive press and now constantly changing the conditions after agreeing to them - it’s Bernie’s world…
STOP. FULL STOP. Please stop these posts Marie. Is there seriously nothing better to post about? These people will only go away once you stop talking about them. Are they paying you? That would be the only logical explanation at this point. Fess up.
