I don’t think it really matters since Capcom owns the license, not Sony. Though I can see what you mean as there is most likely Sony branding and controller buttons. It would have to be a bit more than a straight port for it to work.

agreed. I think more and more 3rd parties want control over how they roll out their old content and it would make more sense for Nintendo to simply have a “classics” line that ties in with the marketing of their mini consoles.
