indeed. Though it’s also nice to have those glitches left in tact that makes the game so technically interesting. Street Fighter 5 on the other hand is arguably worse because of the regular patches.

Oh yeah, there’s no denying the insane skill it takes to be a top melee player. It’s still the equivalent of an infinite combo in a fighting game, something that would absolutely get patched out in a modern game.

she’s super light so you don’t have to hit the wobble combo as long. Though I’m sure chudat wouldn’t have had much trouble hitting it. :)

To be fair, that ice climber grab combo is bullshit, and especially devastating against jigglypuff. I’m not saying the timeout is exciting, but it was the right call.

You got most of the important ones. The lack of Rare support would definitely hurt this hypothetical product. That’s a good 5 or so games right there. I would personally add San Francisco Rush though I have no idea who owns the rights to that series right now.

Nope! Only the lazy, formulaic ones do. :) I think the shows based on visual novels tend to have these protagonists because those games rarely define the male lead so the anime has nothing to work with.

Watching Bahamut this season, you can really tell that the team is having a blast animating these characters. I was shocked that a cygames anime could be so good and I’m again surprised that the sequel is maintaining that quality.

I still can’t bring myself to watch the new Berserk. Episode 1 killed any desire to continue it.

Seikaisuru Kado isn’t amazing but it has a lot of potential as Toei rarely gets to do their own thing. It’s also a CG hybrid that doesn’t make me want to throw up!

This is the breakout show of the season? I’ve honestly been underwhelmed by it so far. Nice action, but very little reason to care about the characters. The main kid is about as dull as a protagonist can get. I will probably drop it if things don’t pick up by the third episode, but it’s pretty meh for me so far.

I came here looking for Plok. I leave disappointed.

I respect the kirby love, but Dreamland 3 is just...real bad. I’ve played just about every game with Kirby in the title, but I have never been able to bring myself to finishing that game. Slow, boring, plain level design, NO HATS! Eh I guess there’s some people that would like it.
