I, myself, have a very strong opinion that its weird when people order the same dish at the restaurant when eating together. I, CERTAINLY, thinknit is equally weird when the eat different dishes when cooking at home.

It always skeeves me out, when i sit on the pot and the seat is warm. That means that someone else had sat there recently enough that the seat still contained their body heat...
