MODOK fell flat for me in the first episode and I had no desire to watch more. It wasn’t bad necessarily, but maybe it was that they leaned hard into the sitcom vibe and it basically turned into a show akin to “Robot Chicken” meets “Venture Bros.” If it had come out 15 years ago, it would probably have done better.

I wonder if Kevin Feige wants to create a Marvel Animated Universe akin to the MCU. He is currently in charge of Marvel Animation and MODOK and Hit-Monkey were the last two shows from the old Marvel Animation that he hadn’t been in charge of. I’d say compromise and go back to trailers that are a month or two out from the release date. It’s exhausting to be inundated with promotional material a year and more out.

Saw Empire Strikes Back three times on the day the Special Edition opened in ‘97. Was bored to tears by halfway through the third show, and that’s one of my all-time faves. Plus I didn’t have a wife and kids that I would have ignored for a day.

Just an FYI since I haven’t seen it posted elsewhere, but the second half of Young Justice season 4 premiered on HBO Max last week. With today’s episode, there are four on there now. I didn’t see any sort of announcement for it. 

Worf wasn’t DS9's Chief of Security. Odo was. Worf was DS9's strategic operation officer, hence his shift to a red uniform after wearing gold for most of TNGs run (with the main exception being when he wore red before Yar’s death and taking her position).
