Depends on how much protein you need. If you're a big person, doing intense exercise and need 100+ grams a day it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. That's probably a very small amount of the population, though.

There's more protein than you'd expect in plant products. Although I find I get incredibly hungry if I don't have a bigger source of protein in my meals (although that includes things like beans or lentils or whatever. *shrugs*

"Freeze, vegan Police!"

I've been vegan 8 years now, and I've never looked back either. My workouts are stronger and I've built more muscle now than I ever did eating animals. A lot of my friends are switching over, and finding the same results.

There is no substitute from the real thing.

Suckers... That's why I always drink malk instead.

No. That's not correct. And inbreeding via cousins only becomes a real problem if you make a habit out of it for generations (see the Hapsburgs and the Amish). And you know what most people call 3rd and 4th cousins? Strangers.

so no one else is talking about the crazyness of the Dog thing? oh please oh please oh please let that crossover episode of SHIELD be them chasing the dog for an hour.

I wish they'd had the two scenes the other way round. The 'collector' scene is really a teaser for another film, whereas the 'kiss' scene is the final beat of Thor's story in the movie. Having the 'kiss' mid credits wouldn't have hurt the Loki reveal.

All due respect to Hugh and the film-makers, but...

My casting hopes

Maybe Netflix should offer a "subscription mode" for new seasons of shows. If a season comes out all at once, you can add it to a subscription, and set the frequency of updates, so like every day, every 4 days, or every week. That way, the service can release episodes to you in a measured way. You can always go back

I like binging on the first few episodes, so I can get a decent feel for the show. But after that I want doses, I want the whole world to be with me as I anticipate what happens next. For example, with Breaking Bad I was grateful at the start to be able to crash through the first couple of seasons (I started watching

I think that could be interesting, and there are probably some good horrors that could be explored there, but that's not American. I think part of what makes AHS work is that they choose tropes and topics that relate to uniquely American horrors, e.g., school shooters, the history of mental health treatment, and especi

Sounds somewhat in the vein of Jennifer's Body: a film that, while not wonderful, got a much more negative reception than it deserved.

It's what I live for.
