But Doctor Whohas always felt to me, rather female... And from that point of view it is important that the main character, the Doctor’s best friend, should be female.

I kinda wish they’d mix tv and movie releases a bit more. With the recent improvement of tv writing aged production it makes more sense.

I liked the first season of this but I was taken out of the show every time I saw a bit of current day tech. They should have set the production design to look about 20 years advanced. It wouldn’t be prohibitively expensive, black mirror can do it and that show only gets to use a set for about 20 minutes of screen…

I still think they missed an opportunity not recasting wolverine in AoA. They could still have Jackman in (Old man)Logan and have someone 20 years younger running around the main franchise.
