Totally, it was an excellent study of a man with extreme survival skills suffering PTDS coping with loneliness with the skillful hypnotic acting of Will Smith. Then they introduced Scobby Doo monsters.
gah, I was hoping he would update the suit for this, something along the lines of the new 52 suit, more of an alien military uniform than... well a wetsuit with a halterneck

Did Michael Bay actually play with transformers when he was a kid. The overcomplexity of the robots completely misses the point. This is how it should have looked
Judge Dredd started out as a one dimensional fascist enforcer that acted as a pastiche of the then fairly right wing very unpopular thatcherite government. As a kid myself and friends had fun reading such an immensely unlikable "Oh no he just didnt" character.
Urgh, this is a current gripe of mine, all the really great concept books are coming out as young adult novels. I think it's great a youth market for books has been found and young people are reading more, but as a 36 year old, I'm pretty much incapable of following the exploits of a 17 year old.
I really enjoyed that episode. Just allot of fun, shame about the rest of the series, never found a right vibe
Fringe - Lysergic Acid Diethylamide

Collin Farrell brought an intercity Dublin accent (Tallaght to be exact) to a multi million dollar super hero movie. Makes a break from all the Oirish accents you usually hear. Wins for that alone
in its defence it started off so well. Episode 4 is where I think it peaked
True Detective started investigating a far reaching religious/government child endangering cover up anthropomorphized by a Lovecraftian nightmare. What the show eventually delivered was this guy…
Singer had no knowledge he was going to be in the Avengers before he started filming
He's wearing a Pink Floyd t-shirt. That's fine by me...
What an I looking at here,i don't see the venom reference

I've never been Hugh Jackman's biggest fan. I think he is a great actor, but Bryan Singer went for a safe casting choice (before comic book movies had any pull); a tall handsome wolverine instead of the short stocky more fierce character from the comics. I think DoFP and Apocalypse for Hugh Jackman if they can work…
