I might get flamed for this, but if they choose another white male in his 20's or 30's they will look regressive. The problem I had with the transformations was the level of intricatness required. You cant see the parts as they were originally. I cant find the video for it, but I remember watching a concept video years ago, long before any talk of a move of optimus prime transforming, and it was much more basic and way cooler.…

True enough, but I hated Dr Polaski and that episode where she got old really quickly, there was that clip show with Riker, the borg were introduced but it involved Q which never sat rightly with me and I didnt really care for the Casino Royal episode.
