Hey Torch! Most truck stop gas stations already have commercial power (277/480 3 phase). So it would be a pretty simple job to install a DC fast charger there. So why not just have one or more of the major truck stop chains put a charger or two at their locations.

Can I add a non car? If so I would nominate any general aviation plane. Planes are meant to carry as much passenger/baggage as far as possible. Cessna planes form the 70's will lift considerably more weight and go farther than their new build descendants.

That’s the point. The filters clog and the motor won’t run until you replace the filters AND drain and clean the tank. No motor damage but whole lot of work for whoever your victim is.
