I think that must have been a misstatement or misremembering, because I have been telling people for years how frustrated I was to find out that Stamp was shortlisted for Magneto but didn’t get the part. And as good as McKellen was, I still can’t get over that entirely.

It does, but dang a RLC Rogue would have been all that!

It’s a good thing some people had a vague recollection of that Star Trek episode to influence the casting.

TL;DR Avery Brooks as Hawk for Bishop?

Angela Bassett was our first choice for Storm, but her agents wanted more money than we had at the time.

Even the confrontation in the subway where ALL the passengers pull guns?

*looks up from chat* So did you hear Drew is leaving and Rorie will be filling in the empty chair?

Since Drew’s leaving there’s gonna be a lot more content with Rorie filling in the empty chair.

The giantess (Angerboda) gave birth to the three monsters, the Fenris wolf, the Midgard Serpent and Hel, at least in the myth. Sleipnir was the only child where Loki played the role of the mother.

Yep. The comics alternately acknowledge and forget about that.

Hela is a different beast, and full of surprises, and actually might have been someone with whom at one time he could have gotten along, but the circumstances have changed.

Not really familiar with the comic version but from the original myths, isn’t she supposed to be his daughter ?

I know that what you are saying is technically an opinion, but on behalf of the internet, I’m here to tell you that it is wrong.

Sorry, but you’re wrong. Thanks for playing, and we have some lovely parting gifts for you!

As I said when Ghostbusters came out last year: Chris Hemsworth needs to let this action/drama thing go and focus strictly on comedy. A romcom with him and Anna Kendrick would have my money. Hell, I’d actually give Amy Schumer my money if he were the male lead.

Movie one will be all about the Rangers fighting former Green Ranger Rita. I’m sure we’ll have a character that is at some point revealed to be Tommy. (Likely in a post-credits they find the coin).

That’s all but a given, really. If not an official “Ranger”, she is certainly harnessing the power of the Green Power Coin in her staff.

Huh, I had expected it to reveal that Rita was the Green Ranger. This development both surprises and intrigues me.

On a more serious note, I think it could be a good idea to have the show set on Supergirl-Earth. That way, you can have Supergirl have small cross-over and guests without having to justify dimension-jumping each time.
