Turn the water off while you shave. It's the right thing to do. Do you also leave the tap running while brushing your teeth?

To HECK with planet earth, right?

Promoted for the second paragraph. So true.

What she really means is "...I Looooove Myself! I Looooove Myself!". This was all about her.

I almost didn't post that part because it might be taken that way. I would probably think the same thing if someone else posted it. The comparison came to mind because they both way overreacted to a slight, without regard to the destruction they left in their path.

Memo to admin. at Valdosta State: Way to show support for your faculty! Suspend HIM? How about expelling HER? By all accounts he asked her to close her laptop, she refused, and she had been doing this all semester. Just the fact that she marched down to the police department to file charges on him tells you all you

Her parents must be so proud. And when are we going to start calling photography 'Art' anyway?

P.S. All will be forgiven if you will please, for the love of God, make the Bethany Ever After ads go away.

Ideally, the right thing to do would have been to fix the 100+ bugs FIRST, and THEN launch. No? What was the rush? Still, it's getting better, and I love Gawker too much to bash it. It's still the best written/most intelligent/funniest site I know of.

@TrapperKeeper: He probably didn't 'get' his mom to complain for him. I would complain quite loudly on my own accord if some mean girl did that to my son. Are you kidding, blaming him and his mom for this?

@TeenageGangDeb: But my 5 page hand-written letters to Paul didn't include death threats to Linda! I merely told him that I loved him more than she ever could and that I would wait for an eternity, and that he was the love of my life, and that I dreamed of him every night, and that I wrote these songs for him...

@Love Monkey: Hef's new bride will NOT be left with nothing, I can assure you that much. She will come out of this a million times richer than she went into it, and maybe still in her 20's.

Oh dear lord, please don't let this story get more comments than all of the other stories of the day. Please?

This article is worthless without a poll. C'mon, Richard, how hard could that be to set up? Or are you afraid that "A Christmas Story" will get more votes than all of your nominees combined??

@cny1012: Get in line, lady.

I don't get Frozen Laugh. Who keeps the same dresses for 10 years? There's not enough change to make it interesting.

If I bought my tall, thin, blonde 11 year old daughter that outfit, she would look like that, too. If I buy her kid's jeans, a sweater, and converse, she looks like a kid. I buy her jeans, sweaters, and converse.
