The tech in tennis requires line of sight. It has multiple cameras to spot the ball, but doesn’t have the ability to actually see through things-like a pile of people at the goal line.

The NFL needs to develop a technology that can detect the ball and possession. It would work kind of like goal line technology in soccer, or whatever you want to call the sensor thing that says a ball is out in tennis.
