Hahaha! If there was an award for ‘understatement of the day’, you would win. +1

I live in Yakima, Washington.. AKA The Butthole of Washington. I would genuinely not be surprised to see this story spring out of this shit hole either.

That’s what the ‘P’ in Jesus P. Christ stands for! I have always wondered!

Holy crap! You sir, are correct. I do NEED that!

Hahahaha! Yeah.... It does seem to push her towards a certain level of annoyance. But I have always believed that if you’re going to do something, give it 110%.

When she asks why in the hell I am removing the bumper from our minivan, I’ll make sure to tell her that you told me to do it.

Shhhhh! You... Coming in here with your logic and facts...

But.... But! Can I put them on my Honda Odyssey? I have been looking for a new way to piss my wife off.. This might just be the ticket.

Yes, I am very aware of that fact. Each generation presumably being an improvement over the last. The point remains the same, Cadillac has had 17 years to make the Escalade better. The Model X is a brand new model from a comparatively brand new manufacturer.

It is sort of a stupid statement on her part. But, to play devil’s advocate, so to speak, the Escalade began production in ‘99, and while they didn’t necessarily suffer from a ton of quality issues (though this point is debatable), they were sort of crap. They have had 17 years to work out all the kinks. And that says

That’s Mr. Crane, Mr. Crane, Mr. Crane, to you sir.

Definitely my dad. He was a diesel mechanic, and was always a big car nerd. One of his proudest accomplishments, was that at the tender age of 4, he had taught me how to identify basically every car on the road by the taillights.

For sure. I understand the difference between a restaurant and a giant auto manufacturer (or any giant corporation, for that matter). But my point remains the same. I guess ultimately what I was trying to say, is just because they can do it, it doesn’t make it right.

It absolutely blows my mind that the executives were still trying to have 70% of their bonuses.

For sure. To be more clear, I was more referring to Captain America’s origins, and that his whole shtick was fighting Axis Powers during WWII. I just thought it was funny that a superhero who was conceived to fight against the Germans originally, would be driving a German SUV.

Of course, and I get that. I was more referring to Captain America’s origin of being a super soldier that fought axis powers during WWII, specifically the Germans.

Haha! True.. I guess it is all just coming full circle or something?

Touché.

I have nothing sarcastic or funny to say.

Does anyone else see the hilarious irony in Captain America driving an SUV made by Ze Germans?!
