Thank you, @avclub-0d4efaa2c9d1041eb9b8b5319eec8531:disqus .  I gave it an A-.  It made me laugh and the two stories were solid.  Sure there were a couple clunkers, but holy hell… if AV Club grades a show against itself, at this point, 23 years on, this was far better than average Simpsons.  I think AVC stopped

Angie is going to flame out sooner rather than later.  1) She's being overpimped and 2) she's a she.  No way she'll even get near the finals.

It's also Stan's white knight revenge on Vasili for making sexytimes with Nina.

Or the skeeve WAS KGB and was just supposed to keep an eye on the kids at the mall from a distance, and then had to improvise when Paige stuck her thumb up to hitchhike.  Picked them up and then tried to stall for time by taking them to the pond.

I saw that too.  Godspeed, Zero Hour.

Don't B and/or B me.

I like the lore/central mystery, but everything else is soooo lousy. The clumsy flashbacks to the couple's inside jokes, Leila's speech about seeing love in poems on post-it notes. Bleargh.

Anyone still watching? This third episode is dreadful. The flashbacks to Dr. Greene's and Leila's inside jokes were painful. They established a sign for him to stick gum under his desk? Is he 12? And whose niece was cast as the noob FBI girl? She's appalling. The worse this gets, the more I want to see. I like

Hey, who has better vacation ideas than AAA?

Maybe they're trying to avoid the Wonder Years problem, where it wasn't released on home video for years and then when it was, they had to change portions of the soundtrack.

I'm in!

WIN.

This one started slow but, between the surprise musical number and Tina's B-story and Louise's floating shrimp, it quickly became far and away my favorite episode yet

This reminds me: I still need to buy a Jaguar.

I was amused that it was Erik and Brandon - the two numbskulls who gave up their immunities in their previous seasons - who saw through Andrea this week.  Maybe they are savvier this time around… or maybe it's double dumb luck.

Thank you.  Whenever I see praise for American Dad, I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
