I am looking for that style with with a higher platform if possible. Whenever I have heels higher than 2" or 3" without a slight platform the balls of my feet always hurt after an hour or so.

I’m currently living/voting in rural Ontario where we have mostly PC signs. My town is currently more interested in our upcoming municipal election than the provincial election as it seems to have a more direct impact on the community.

I’m also very nervous about Doug Ford as a fellow Ontarian. He’s not exactly known for his progressive policies (anti-sex education, anti-abortion for minors, anti-taxation, and anti-carbon tax), support for social programs, or his ability to carry on intelligent/meaningful conversation. I don’t vote PC, but I have

I’ve been trying to find black platform sandals as an evening shoe for the summer. Does anyone have any recommendations? I would be looking for a platform height of 0.5”-1” and a heel height of 3” to 4” and cost $80 USD/$105 CAD or less and ships to Canada.

As Diosabella posted in the upthread, it has to be a wealthy people-large mansion phenomenon. I can’t imagine having one of those larger monstrosities in an apartment.

I suppose it might be a matter of proportions as well? Having smaller flower arrangements in a large home might look rather unappealing. It really comes down to personal tastes in the end - I’m glad I can support mine buying flowers at the farmer’s market or growing them myself.

In my opinion, these sorts of flower arrangement- flower spheres, flower cubes, flower cylinders - are impractical and ugly. You can’t put them in a vase and they lack the aesthetics of a proper mixed flower arrangement. I agree that they are ridiculous, but what makes them beautiful to you?

I would argue that “I’ve known since forever” likely means different things for different people. I know looking back at a lot of my behaviour in my early and late teenager years now I often think, “I was such a lesbian,” but that’s different than being out. I also imagine it’s different for people who are identifying

Congratulations on going on your first date with a woman! As a lesbian who came out in university, I empathize on the labelling issue. I wouldn’t worry about it too much, and just use what you feel comfortable with for now. It’s also important to remember that people always are coming out and keep coming out

He wouldn’t be the first married individual in his family connected to a famous musician 🎉

That’s understandable too. As other commenters have suggested, you can always start partying now, after college. I’m assuming that you’re 21+ since you’re graduating from college, which should make your experience easier and more enjoyable.

I’m sorry that you are feeling regretful over your college years and I wanted to let you know it’s not an uncommon feeling. I know I felt as though I “wasted” my first-year of university because I changed my major and made poor choices in romantic relationships/friendships. I felt much more comfortable starting

You shouldn’t tarnish stripper names by comparing them to the stupidity that is Apple, True, and Stormi. I don’t think I would want to name my child Crystal, Tiffany, Emerald, Jade, or Ginger, but they are acceptable human names and not just random nouns.

I always liked Evan Rachel Wood’s red carpet outfits. Greta Gertwig, Kate Bosworth, Stella Maxwell, Blake Lively, Priyanka Chopra, Francesco Carrozzini, and Zendaya were among my other favourites.

I was so excited to see her as Our Lady of Sorrows! There’s so much Roman Catholic imagery and iconography that these men and women could use and I hope we see more of it.

I am eagerly waiting for Baroque art influence on these clothing choices. I want to see exaggerated emotion, dramatic colours, and sumptuous fabrics.

I’m glad to hear they are banning (medical) gay conversion therapy in Hawaii! On another note, did Jezebel post anything for Lesbian Visibility Day on April 26?

I’ll be watching this because it’s a movie about queer women and those are still few and far between. I’m hoping that having a female co-writer improves the quality of the women/women sex scenes, as they appear to be central to the plot.

I don’t understand who they are trying to fool. She’s well-known for creating lip kits, instagramming bedroom-eyes selfies, and appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians - not being a radio broadcaster. Her face and body are her brand, as made evident by their changing appearances, why would she stop caring about

Kylie Jenner’s daughter sharing her name with a cheap prom dress retailer seems like it would have been even more appropriate. I think my personal knowledge of the name is connected to a computer-animated Barbie movie. Did the store window have spring colours and tulle?
