Cornyn currently has a 6% lower favorability rating than Cruz in Texas, so maybe Beto has a better chance than we think? I also just saw a statistic that something like 60% of polled Texas voters want Beto to quit the presidential race and run for senate again. (can’t remember the source but it seemed reliable)
