There’s no specific “No” about it but there’s also no data to suggest it does. Other Coronaviruses do not. Generally a virus must be able to replicate inside the mosquito to be transmissible. Also, Covid 19 mostly spreads by respiratory droplets, not blood. 

Republicans governors/legislatures literally turn down federal money to expand and improve Medicaid. They would literally kill children and less fortunate people than accept money already dedicated to those people. 

Serious question (and not naive or facetious) : I thought the whole point of Medicaid was to provide healthcare to those that can’t afford it. What happened? Why don’t we insist our disgraced politicians fix this? So we have ACA and Medicaid and still not providing healthcare to our poor? WTF?
