I’m fit, but have the bladder of a 5 year old. Also, as you get older (even late 30s early 40s)... sitting for that long is not good. You should get up and walk for a couple minutes to improve circulation.

Demand for sure. Teslas are demand limited, in fact. But Tesla conveniently falls just shy of all it’s production goals (even the latest 50k goal was shaved down from an earlier more lofty goal)... this is part of their business model to maintain the facade that they can’t keep up with demand.

Of course that will soon change... when EVs are more common. In fact, the grid needs serious updating to handle the future load of EVs. This is a good time to do it.
Use it. If it is your garage, you can use it. If the apt complex didn’t bother ensuring you were paying for it, I say they are at fault.
I don’t know if I’d call it dirty, but yeah, they are swimming in undeserved (IMO) money... being propped up by tax payers and profitable auto companies. That will dry up and Tesla knows it. They are in a race to turn a profit before the handouts end. I do hope they make it, though. I’d like to see them a mainstream…

The market has been overreacting to Tesla for a few years now.
If you drive less than 200mi / day, you can use zero gas. It makes sense, right? If you have a convential car (or one that can use fuel), you take that on long trips. If I were in the market for a new car, I would absolutely consider the Bolt (though I hope they rename it).
Well, if they are devout, then yes. And any religion can replace Islam in that statement and it should remain true. If you are a devout muslim/christian/hindu your acts should reflect your religion... all your acts. Religion is kinda crazy like that.
