As someone who got t-boned, pushed into a median, ramped in the air across three lanes of traffic, almost flew out the windshield til the seatbelts saved me, and landed in a thud I can tell you this car is built amazingly well.

This is one of the reasons I love living in Florida. We keep the laws to minimum, so the taxes stay that way. More laws, more enforcement, more bureaucracy, more taxes, more slush money, more corruption.  I don’t agree with the bumper, but he’s right, it is the parents job to explain it.

Constant taxes and fees? What are the constant taxes? I also noticed you don’t talk about depreciation, 1031 exchanges, leverage or any of the core principals of real estate investing. 90% of the us millionaires in the last 200 years have come from real estate. There is a book called “Where are all the customer’s

There is a lot of ignorance going on in this comment section. Like most investments you need knowledge and experience to mitigate your risks. So I don’t understand the “here is everything that could go wrong stance.” The base tenents of real estate investing is about leverage, appreciate and cash flow. Outside of that

Mr2 spyder.

Is a lightly used Lexus GSF out of the question here?

The ultimate driving machine?

The steering is much different on the pre facelift ones. It’s night and day actually, some people prefer the post and some people prefer the pre, the steering computers can be swapped between them. I actually prefer the post facelift steering even though I have a 2010.

That's like saying Ferrari or Mercedes doesn't make performance cars.  BMW is slowly killing their manuals in the US and Porsche is basically making manuals a specialty item.

What year ISF?

What model year did this car have fake exhausts?

They changed the gearing on this car.

Tons of people like those grills. What data are you using when you say it’s unilaterally disliked? Also the 2011-2014 0-60 on an ISF is 4.2, this is around 4 seconds. That’s the only data I see given. Without track data on this car, how do you draw the conclusion that it’s competitive with the ISF?

I think this car looks glorious. Then again I didn’t have an issue with the previous year’s styling. It’s very easy for people to only focus on the negative, rather than taking a look at the very real balance of a vehicle. Under 4 seconds 0-60, proper suspension, lightening the unsprung weight, NA v8 and from a

You really can’t use “they’re still on the street” as a good benchmark for whether an enthusiasts car is reliable or not.  People will spend the money to keep them running, because they love them.  I had about 8k of warranty work on my e92 M3 in under year working out some issues with the suspension electronics. I

2018 and someone is still trotting this out? Toyota doesn’t make a single rear wheel drive sedan or coupe outside of the GT86. You can hate on Toyota or Lexus for your own personal reasons. I’m not going to rain on your parade but at least come up with something different. Also, stop saying Toyota as if it’s a

This man get’s it. While people are busy “figuring” out how to get some other engines into a chassis LS people are out there driving there cars. The only real downside I see to the LS is it can be a costly swap, the cheapo ways of doing them with junkyard motors etc, have always seemed troublesome to me and loses out

Never trust anyone who uses average where they should be using median.

I wish I could down vote you.  Because they make a lot of money they're not human beings.  You realize you're arguing for the owners who make a lot more money and probably inherited it..i.e. didn't work for it.

They really should have milked Toyota’s manufacturing processes instead of ending that relationship too soon. From what I’ve heard it was basically, “we know better than you Toyota, we don’t see value in what you’re trying to teach us.” I find that funny considering who Toyota is in the realm of building things. I’d
