No it wasn’t. The accuser went home and changed her top before going to the hospital. The hospital gave the mother that bag to put the top and give to the police for testing. She never did and just kept the bag.

There was no tampering. So there is no tampering argument for a judge to allow. The accuser’s attorney quit because the mother created a hoax tampering story. Any notion of tampering has been completely discredited.

This case is never going before the grand jury let alone to trial.
