Maybe his coworkers were crybabies to get upset over some free bacon and ammo.

I wouldn’t bet on it either, and I kind of hope it doesn’t happen. But if they do go that way, certainly any of Sam’s exploits would be in question.
My Dad had that one. I played it when they weren’t around.
This gives me fond memories of playing Leisure Suit Larry on my Dad’s 8086 after they went to bed.
He is also the only man of the nights watch to kill a white walker, galavant around the countryside with girlfriend and baby in tow, brandishing a sweet Valyrian sword.
The show is not the book. The show doesn’t have any particular viewpoint characters.
Here’s a fun question, though: If Sam is actually the one recounting the great war for the Iron Throne and the invasion of the White Walkers to people, can we truly trust his account? Is Jon Snow’s heroism real?
Wouldn’t two wall anchors solve this problem? Don’t dispose of your furniture, just anchor it so it won’t tip.
Because it is kind of boring, I don’t care about any of the characters, and (as of the 4th episode) nothing significant has happened. I don’t watch it as it airs (because GOT) but it is on my DVR, and I will watch it eventually, but so far the show hasn’t earned any kind of “must watch” status. Hopefully it will get…
When I blow up a church I’m a “terrorist” but when Cersei does it everyone cheers.
This is terrible. I hope America never votes to leave the EU.

You are literally complaining that you have the right to have a conversation that I might not like, while insisting that I don’t have the right to have a conversation you don’t like. You write several paragraphs about how there is no need for me to come read these articles and write a comment about it, completely…
Except for that science fiction has been diverse for a long time. This isn’t something new.
I’ve been a reader of this site for many years, and I feel perfectly within my rights to comment on posts, even if I’m critical of them.
It’s welcome all the time, but endlessly commenting on it is strange. Do you comment to your peers on how great it is that your group of friends is diverse, or tell your gay friends how cool you are with their orientation every time you see them? In real life that would be awkward, but online it seems like people do…
I have no problem with diversity in shows, and I enjoy several of the shows mentioned in this article. But the apparent need to endlessly comment on the racial makeup of shows seems distasteful.
I think Ben Foster has been good in some of his roles, but he seems to have been in several westerns, which is what I associate him with. He seemed like a strange choice to play Medivh.
