I’m pretty sure it’s not the inch of snow that’s stopping thousands of drivers.

Has nothing to do with removing the snow, has to do with more traffic than you’ve ever seen in your lifetime all leaving the city at exactly the same time.

It’s also not true...and if it were, again, you’ve got to be completely clueless as to what DC is like on an average day to not understand how this can happen. It surpassed LA for the worst traffic in the country for the past 7 years for a reason. And it isn’t that these people don’t know how to drive in the snow…
