@pettiblay: There are programs for Win XP and Vista that do this (AeroSnap, I think). I use Cinch on my Mac to achieve the same purpose.

I'm moving to Canada this summer and I'm bummed that I won't be able to port my number up there. Not psyched that the phone companies don't have unlimited data plans.

I never noticed the gasp sound before. But now it's been brought to my attention and it'll bug me. Bah!

@Vertigo50: Who doesn't like shots? The tip takes some of the aftertaste away. I say, line 'em up.

@Iowa11: Cinch (Mac) does this for me in a heartbeat. (Windows 7 native window resize snap also makes this super easy to do sans extension.)
