I feel the exact same way. She drives me nuts. I have told friends this in the past, and it always SHOCKS them. I’m glad there are some folks out there that agree with me.

Agreed. I cringe so much sometimes listening to her interviews. It’s just uncomfortable.  

Same! 1) She takes approximately 13 minutes to ask a question 2) She asks her interviewees what are clearly extremely personal and uncomfortable questions, and often doesn’t get the hint to stop 3) She’s had this job 40 years, please let someone newer and better qualified give it a try!

I know I am in the minority here, but I’m not a huge fan of Terry Gross. I can’t really put my finger on it - - but she seems, um, just really, um, scatterbrained or um, not really prepared for her um, interviews.
