Just wanna say. I’m a mid 20s Indian from the UK, and I was never offended by Apu’s character as a stereotype of Indians. Every Indian I know including my relatives found it hilarious how ridiculous his character was but they we’re never offended by it.

Maybe The Simpsons should just play it safe and get rid of ALL their characters who are stereotypes, regardless if they actually have development or not.

Imagine being able to approach your crush back in the day with a line like “Hey if you want to get better at this video game, I have a bunch of wins in it and I play a lot, I can give you some pointers”. Our monitors are even next to each other. We’re both mostly PC gamers but then we adopted a PS4 that I mostly use for Overwatch and Bloodborne.

Well we have to be honest...this is a very biased view of the situation obviously... and honestly, from my (European) point of view I could also say “avoid Apple, it’s US American..that’s NSA spyware!” ...
