well if you’ve ever actually played any of the games you’d see from the very first game in the franchise you spend much more time being out of the Yakuza than being in it, so the name never really fit even in the very first game.

They should have called it Yakuza 7: Like A Dragon (Quest)

Its even more confusing when even in Japan for RGG 1-3 just had numbers, but 4-6 all had subtitles as well, but the Western releases didn’t add the subtitles until Yakuza 6 The Song of Life, then dropping it again for Yakuza Like A Dragon.

So I take it the compromise was to include a boss fight with a ladder that takes two weeks to climb.

sounds interesting, would be nice if it was actually available to listen to through a podcasting app and not some proprietary music streaming service

just seems incredibly random to support some random resolution. What’s next? 800x600? 1280x1024? Why not 240p?  Its incredibly bizarre to insist they support all sorts of random nonsense resolutions that have nothing to do with televisions

don’t have to be hunched over? So how big are these low resolution monitors? 55"? 60"? 65"? I’ve never seen a computer monitor that big.

Like I said, I don’t know, or care, about playing games on Windows computers, but I do know that Windows computers (today) are incredibly unreliable and don’t know how many times I’ve gotten a panic text from my wife trying to teach her class and the computer that runs the slides just randomly decides its time to

Shocking, you’re telling me the CEO of a company that makes nasty toxic drinks is also a nasty toxic person?  Who could have ever guessed that.

What was trying to play games on Windows computers like in the 90s and how has it changed today? Using a Windows computer was a hassle in the 90s and its a hassle today, can’t imagine trying to add getting a game to run to that hassle.

nope, have absolutely no interest in spending the time it takes to tinker with Windows computers, I play games on dedicated gaming consoles and always have

I don’t know what a “gaming monitor” is, I play games on televisions, which are 4K now.  If you want to hunch over a computer monitor then go for it, not sure what that has to do with a dedicated gaming console designed to be plugged into a 4K TV (or possibly 1080p)

Improving the experience? A 4K TV is 3840 × 2160, how is a lower resolution an “improvement”? Hooking dedicated gaming consoles up to a computer monitor and then sitting hunched over it at a desk is an absurd proposition to me, doesn’t make any sense, its much more comfortable to play games from the comfort of a

still never heard of a 1440p television.  What’s the next random arbitrary resolution people are going to whine endlessly about and want a dedicated gaming console designed to be plugged into a TV to support?

no, because if you actually understood how the UI is designed you’d understand that they are entirely useless and have no function with the PS4, PS5 and Switch UI interface.

those are some pretty complicated patterns, are all those clothes from Dan Flashes?

so last week you run an article (rightfully) calling out some bigot that hacked the game, but now this week there’s an article praising someone else hacking the game?  It must really be tiresome to constantly have it both ways, one week criticizing hackers and then the next week praising them.  Seems to me it would be

Halo has voice actors?  I mean, beyond the 12 year olds screaming slurs into their microphones?

From the looks of this my guess is they wanted to make the cast more diverse. They put the Sailor Mercury character in a wheelchair (and a Professor X chair when transformed), Sailor Mars is the only one that is Asian, Sailor Jupiter is black. And for some reason Luna is a white cat that looks like she belongs to

Just sounds like a typical day of trying to use a Windows computer to me.
