Clearly an article written by someone without kids. This is pretty standard for McDonalds.

So I take it this is the “bad” kind of hacking. As someone who plays games on dedicated gaming consoles (and thus played the Spider-man game years ago in PS4), the simplest solution to stuff like this is to not encourage anyone to hack games, that way there’s no need to sort out the “good” hackers from the “bad”

Good, its just a shame any amount of resources and effort was wasted on what would have been another great game with a useless and tacked on mode for no reason

weird coming from the company that paid a lot of money to make sure Tales of Vesperia never got a Western release on PS3 and the company that paid Square a lot of money to make sure there was a long delay in a Tomb Raider game getting released on PS4.

well, that’s great for people who love to spend all their time and money tinkering with Windows computers trying to get game software to run.  The rest of us played the game 4 years ago and enjoyed it then

never ceases to amaze me the things people will bend over backwards to find something to complain about, the game looks perfectly fine, just like every other recent Square game done in this style

A THPS soundtrack cover band?  Do they only play the first 2 minutes of each song?  Do they dip the swear words and other random words that get dipped so the games could get a T rating?

Sadly, I doubt we’ll ever see a Lego Intellivision or Colecovision.

Lego’s freshly revealed version looks uncannily similar to the original”

Wouldn’t be a big deal if the series was actually available for purchase in any meaningful way.

two of those have already been licensed and released in the past, and aren’t really the best Macross has to offer. Macross II isn’t even part of Macross continuity and Macross Plus is visually impressive but not really that great besides that

That’s also not entirely true. The PS2 was really only backwards comparable by accident, it wasn’t a core design philosophy when the PS2 hardware was being designed. The original PS2 just happened to use the same CPU for its I/O processor as the CPU for the original PlayStation, so making the PS2 run PS1 software

who is it for then?  Clearly not for anyone that has a modicum of taste.  There’s plenty of entertainment out there that’s not for me, but I can understand why a certain demographic finds it appealing.  But ‘rasslin lacks all of that, there is absolutely nothing even remotely related to entertainment value there.  Its

What a deceptive headline and article. Why pretend 2002 was some sort of great year for great games?  Had to scroll down quite a ways to get to Metroid Prime, Fusion, and then even further to get to THPS4, all good games, wouldn’t say they were great. Rest of the list was filled with utter and complete trash.

It will never cease to amaze me that anyone will claim ‘rasslin is in any way entertaining and that anybody that can read words and sentences would waste their write writing and publishing an article pretending as if ‘rasslin has any connection to entertainment

If the entire point of ‘rasslin is supposed to be entertainment then wow, they sure missed the mark on that. If this is really what hillbillies think is entertaining the wow, you’re living in a completely different reality than the rest of human society. There’s nothing satirical about my statements, ‘rasslin is the

Hopefully it’s live action, all practical effects, no CG, and prominently features Mara

Who did what? What does any of this have to do with video games? Isn’t gaming news the e tire purpose of this website? What is the point in posting an article about some random guy nobody knows and ‘rasslin, which has absolutely nothing at all to do with entertainment?

the d-pad isn’t the only problem

yes, just like with animation.  I’ll take sprites or traditional cel animation over CG abominations any day.
