There must be more to that just the numbers, looking at Charity Navigator, 33% of revenue goes towards fundraising which seems a bit high. 60% to actual programs.. Their Administrative costs do look to be one of the lowest at 5%. In dollars it’s still twice as much as Komen’s, but the do raise a ton more that Komen.

I’ve always believed that Komen’s percentages were far worse than CharityNavigator reports.
