That’s not even what they said.

I’d be extremely surprised if New World wasn’t using AWS for their server architecture.
I mean... these are just ads.
Please shut up with this pearl-clutching nonsense. Minors are a small part of Twitch’s demographic, if you ever bothered to fact check this talking point. Additionally, making lewd or sexual content is as much selling your body as any job ever is. Get over your hangups, lewd Twitch streamers are still operating within…
It’s not like trying to make the world a better place is an all or nothing dichotomy.
There is a single player offline mode.
We know. You didn’t say so, but we know.
Yeah this a weird article, most XIV players already knew this from the live letter last week. And belts being removed has been memed on since the announcement. Maybe articles like these are for the same people that needed Yoshi P to explain teleport fees and gil sinks for 30 minutes?
Removing them as an equipable item, making them never drop anymore and not making any new ones, and re-allocating the belt inventory to other things really sounds like “removing” them to me.
Did you read the article at all?
It shouldnt take 4 years and market research to figure out the portable game console would like to have bluetooth connectivity for headphones. For fucks sake, Vita had it in 2012
Studios announcing a game shouldn’t get news coverage? That’s one of the stupider things I’ve heard recently, and there’s no shortage of competition these days.
Lol sure bud
Announcing a game is game news gamers are likely to be interested in, so it gets covered by game news outlets.
It would not have been worse if Verge admitted the video was rushed and took the video down. Doubling down is what took it into the stratosphere. Linus even says that in this video and Etienne agreed.
I’ll give him props for actually coming back to this, but holy fuck, if he would have done this three years ago instead of taking the “You’re all nerds!” route then maybe he wouldn’t have been so ridiculed.
It didn’t cover, them, it mentioned them in passing, and then implied that without actually discussing them we should just accept that the CCP’s regulations are *totally probably maybe justified*...
it works as intended the first time?
Neil got a 15 million dollar bonus for last of us 2, why would he change that lol
