I have a Google Doc for my Jeep YJ specifically for this reason.
Back when my Jeep YJ was my daily driver and weekend wheeler, I swapped in a donor set of axles from another built YJ to give myself lockers and a 4:88 gear ratio to get some power back after the bigger tires.
In terms of the bike, it was made by J Shia of Madhouse Motors in Cambridge, MA. Haven’t seen much info on it from her, except to say that they made a lego version of the bike she built.
