i have a gtx680 with 4gb and i play ay 2560x1440 and its a little laggy. The Arma 3 engine is a beast. you should turn motion blur off and turn AA down a little. The game looks 100x better with motion blur off.

No, you can literally force it down their throat. You just need to be holding the food (or bleach) in your hands and the prompt will come up when targeting a player (obviously people will try to run away if you just try to feed them disinfectant so its only really an option if they're already handcuffed).
