Yeah, comments like these aren’t unusual. Every newspaper that allows comments sees this crap daily.

Your name is HAMILTON and you are giving “whites” shit based on comments from a WSJ article? You have seen your reflection, correct?

You kind of have to acknowledge that rap music glorifies everything wrong with black culture.

Reporting on the comment section. What a job.

Why would you think he’s a douche? Because loony Jolie says so? Why did anyone think she magically changed from the maniac she’s always been?

The college where my rabbi trained was vandalized this weekend.

I converted to Judaism, but I’m as lily-white as they come. Or am I?

Whew, I didn’t realize describing someone disrespectfully (within earshot), but not directly cleared you of all wrong.

Jewish people can say “I’m a jew” but non-jewish people cannot say “you’re a jew”... it’s sounds very hitler-y/accusatory/like it’s being said negatively. If you’re not jewish i’d say always stick with jewish, not jew.

Basically yes. He’s white and male so who cares. Only women need to be respected, only non-white people need to be respected. It’s a one way street you see!

Calling a grown man a boy is disrespectful. In conjunction with a racial descriptor, it is racism.

When you mix it with racial descriptors, yes.

Depends on the context.

Throwing a “boy” or a “girl” onto the end of a racial descriptor when that person is an adult is textbook disrespect.

“...according to the incoming administration and its supporters, us Jews aren’t white.

Rudeness that brings race into the conversation is very much racism. Or at least that is what Jezebel has been telling me for years.

So what? If it’s not okay to be treated poorly, then it’s not okay. That doesn’t mean you get to treat others poorly. Should black people be exempt from rules against slavery rules now because their ancestors were slaves? Should lynching be okay if a black person does it because they were the victims of that?

Everyone posting white tears memes.

That is accurate. Both are bad. One is worse, but that doesn’t mean the other should be gleefully celebrated.

I’m confused. Because he hasn’t experienced institutional racism, he should be treated poorly due to his race?
