Yes, I understand that, but in your initial comment you say that he walks through Piccadilly in broad daylight, which I cannot recall reading about. He has to return to his coffin, or whatever, to rest during the day-time.

Yeah, but I don't remember reading about him walking around in front of his house in broad daylight. In fact, much is made at the end of the novel of his female vampire minions being destroyed during daylight hours, when they are defenseless.

I do not recall reading this Piccadilly scene at all in Stoker's book.
