On the graphics at least. Gameplay it's easy to beat out elder Scrolls. Saying this looks better than oblivion or skyrim on the PC however, is laughable.

The lighting and shadows being tuned down is a design CHOICE by bethesda in regard to performance.
Much like how the Extra high res textures aren't included by default even with the PC version of Skyrim.
