A point about used games you may be missing is that I have picked up more than several games long after their release and needed to buy a used copy because the new copy was no longer around to buy. They only press so many, and later on they stop being easy to find. As a collector of things video game, I appreciate

I see your point. Both sides of the debate are pretty unmovable at this point. I am not trying to beat a dead horse, but to me this is about consumer choice. I hate to be that guy, but I really don't trust big companies to care about consumers because we get in the way of the bottom line when we are taken care of. I

I did. I don't agree with it. See above. Also, there is an easy fix to this whole thing really. If the industry wants a cut of sales then why not drop retail prices of new games in a way that entices people to choose new over used later on in a titles run. If a game has been out for 8 months and the used price sits at

There will be games; survival of the fittest is what will keep them good. My stance is well thought out. Devs aren't your friends.

Seem a little grouchy. Anyhow, you should respond to the person you are "talking" to to prevent future misunderstandings.

Spot on with the bay leaf is Battier thing. Also, you would never want to put either directly into your mouth.

Easy targets. Leave Wall Street alone, they can fight back. Nail the little guy, and look busy. They broke the law, but lets see prosecution applied where it is deserved across the board, regardless of how much work it may be to make it stick.

You are obviously extremely hard headed about this. I accept you have a different opinion, and that you are free to give away whatever you want. I don't really see that you have any point at all, and if you honestly think your information should be free for everyone to use as they wish then so be it. Have fun being

You are a joker. If it was illegal to sell used games then Gamestop, Best Buy, and countless others wouldn't do it. I am pretty sure the FBI would have cracked down on these high profile used games dealers if it was illegal, but am even more sure that these major retailers would not compromise their business if this

It isn't our problem that they spend so much to make games. They should be leaner, more competitive, and not make bone-headed decisions. Some of the best games I have played in years have come from small developers working on a budget. The best games make their money back in spades. We shouldn't supplement devs and

The name calling is ridiculous. Consumer choice is always a good thing, but right now all we are getting is a chance that we may get something better in exchange for giving up the choice to buy used. We should be in this together as gamers and consumers.

I don't care about the devs and publishers wallets. I care about mine. Why don't they make it worthwhile to buy new instead? Give me a reason to buy new instead of telling me I can't or saying we will make it so expensive to buy used you won't. Why not compete. Do a better job of giving us EXTRAS or FEATURES we want

He is a PC gamer. Different animal. This is about the expectations of console gamers. They expect to be able to rent, buy used, lend, and borrow games because they have always been able to do that. Now, the industry wants to change the game and people are just supposed to be fine with it. That is really irrational

Watched the video and disagree. I like used games. I don't trust console manufacturers to allow savings on games a la Steam. This is my opinion, and it is just as valid as the one in the video, except I don't want to make a 30 minute video.

They had to sell it once before it could be sold as used right? Really, how much money do they have to make before they are satisfied.

Never heard of zero punctuation but if they made up Grumpy Bear then I am sorry

Most likely and extreme version of things that will never happen. But privacy concerns are legitimate. Germany thinks so anyhow.

You are hopeless; I said you sound crazy not you are crazy. You didn't actually respond to anything I posted. You don't think you should be entitled to some compensation for your personal information in the form of a service?

You have gone completely off the rails. You sound as nuts as you are trying to make me out to be. When I use Google, Facebook, or receive a newsletter I am exchanging data for their service. There is returned value for my info. What does allowing MS access to my data give me? Not a thing. I am giving away something

Yes I did pay for a replacement 360. Do you not feel that it was pretty ridiculous you had to have your damn console replaced, in your own words, three freaking times? MS knowingly built a piece of shit console they knew would fail but pushed it on the gaming world to be first out the gate. Does this sound like a
