That’s exactly how I’m seeing the game at this point. Hopefully it will pan out that way because MM2 is still my favorite of the original series to this day because of how much it improved the first game.

It’s an ok game but it has it’s flaws, no doubt. You can certainly see the foundation of something good there that will probably come to light if they ever get a chance to make a sequel.
